Tender Chicken Marinade


Mix half of container with 1 TBSP olive oil & 1 TBSP lemon juice or vinegar.  Coat chicken, refrigerate for 2-5 hours. 
May also be used on chicken pieces. 
Grill - bake - broil.     Enough for 2 whole chickens.

Mix 1 TBSP with 2/3 Cup Olive Oil and put in a large ziplock baggie.

Cut 1 full double chicken breast into 6 pieces. Put in baggie, zip and move around to coat.

 Refrigerate 2-24 hours. Bake-Grill-Broil to desired tenderness. Discard remaining oil. Enough for 8 Marinades

    We used this spice blend as a dry rub on our thick baked pork chops tonight and it was wonderful.
