Make 2 Batches
Shredded Chicken Sandwiches
Mix 2 1/2 TBSP of seasoning
1 50 oz can of boned chicken OR 6 cups boned rotisserie chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 to 1 cup bread crumbs OR crushed saltine crackers
Stir and warm in oven or crock pot. Serve on your favorite buns.
For gluten restricted diets, use gluten free Cafe Cream of Mushroom Soup and gluten free bread crumbs.
Shredded Chicken Casserole
Prepare Shredded Chicken Sandwiches recipe as directed. Keep Warm. Bake refrigerator biscuits as directed in a 9x13" casserole pan. Cover with warmed Shredded Chicken. Top with desired amount of mashed potatoes. Cover and bake at 350F until warmed.

Very different tasting than I've ever had and that's a good thing because I don't normally like shredded chicken. Delicious flavor!

We stopped by there booth at the Granville farmers market and decided to buy one and give it a try and after making this were hooked for life!
