Sear 3-5 lb pork shoulder in 2 TBSP oil & 1 TBSP of mix. Place in dutch oven or 9x13 dish, add 2 onions & 1 apple cored cut in wedges. Sprinkle 1 TBSP of mix atop & dippings-cover. Bake at 300º till center meat reaches 180º. Test after 1 1/2 hours. Turn juices into gravy (optional). OR use as a dry rub for pork on chops, roasts, loin, ribs & ham.
