Cook 1-12 oz. box of Bowtie pasta according to box for aldente. Rinse in cold water and shock chill in ice water for 3 minutes-drain. Steam 1-8 oz. container of sliced button mushrooms, 1/4 cup shitake &/or crimini mushrooms for 5-6 minutes then put in a ice bath for 2 minutes-drain. Mix 1 TBSP of mix with 1/2 cup canola oil, 2 TBSP Marsala wine or 1 TBSP red wine or cider vinegar. Lightly toss pasta & 3 cups of Spring Mix lettuce torn in half & 3/4 cup shredded parmesan & mushrooms. Pour dressing over salad. Optional: garnish with fresh parsley & fresh basil.
