Spiced Pumpkin Mousse
With electric mixer blend 1 TBSP with 4 oz. softened cream cheese, 1 cup cool whip, 2 TBSP sugar and 1/2 - 3/4 cup pumpkin.Serve with graham or animal crackers. Makes delicious Ginger Snap sandwich cookies or icing for spice or gingerbread cake. Perfect for a pumpkin log.
Chill 1 hour.

Spice Cake Pumpkin Mousse Torte
Mix one box of spiced cake mix, bake as directed.
Cut into small squares once cooled.
Mix one serving of Aimée’s Blue Ribbon Spiced Pumpkin Mousse.
Mix one box of pumpkin pudding as directed.
Mix 1 large container of Cool Whip. Chop 1 cup of pecans, 1 cup of mini marshmallows, and 1/3 cup of cinnamon chips.
Arrange above ingredients to create layers, repeat again.

This mousse mix makes a great fall trifle dessert with a pumpkin spice cake, the mousse and cool whip. I made it twice and everyone loved it

A lady at work brought this in to our Halloween Potluck and i fell in love with it. It is creamy and not overpowering with the pumpkin. I took it to a party and everyone loved it and was asking for the recipe. I bought Graham crakers sticks so it would be easier to eat at the party.

Delicious for a fall dessert pizza. Bake a large sugar cookie. Cool and cover with the pumpkin mousse. Add chopped nuts, dried cranberries and mini marshmallows. Everyone loves it!
