Sear 3-5 lb pork shoulder in 2 TBSP oil & 1 TBSP of mix.
Place in dutch oven or 9x13 dish, add 2 onions & 1 apple cored cut in wedges.
Sprinkle 1 TBSP of mix atop & dippings-cover. Bake at 300º till center meat reaches 180º.
Test after 1 1/2 hours. Turn juices into gravy (optional).
OR use as a dry rub for pork on chops, roasts, loin, ribs & ham.Makes Recipe 4 Times Go ahead.....PIG OUT!

Invited my family over after church and served them a delicious pork dinner with apples and onions and mashed potatos. My son-in-laws think I'm the best chef! Of course, I also served The Best Ever Dinner Rolls with it for the perfect touch!
