Kickin' Corn Bread
Mix one box of Jiffy corn muffin mix as directed. Add 1 1/2 TBSP spices, 1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, 1 can well-drained corn. Bake as directed on box either as muffins or a loaf. To kick it up a notch, add 2 TBSP diced jalapenos fresh or canned.
Makes 7 Recipes
