HOT! Jalapeño Popper & Corn Dip

Mix 2 TBSP with 2 softenend 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/3 cup sour cream, 3-5 TBSP minced jalapenos, 1 can 15 oz white shoepeg corn & 1/2 cup mexican cheese.  Cover top with 1 cup cheese, sprinkle 1/2 TBSP of dry mix on top and bake at 300º for 30 minutes or until hot.  Serve hot with tortilla chips.

Makes 3 recipes.

    This is so good I can each a whole bag of chips. You can make it less or more spicy.
