Gobble Up! Turkey Rub

 

Mix half of container with 1 TBSP olive oil & 1 TBSP lemon juice or vinegar.  Coat chicken, refrigerate for 2-5 hours. 
May also be used on chicken pieces. 
Grill - bake - broil.     Enough for 2 whole chicken

Coat whole turkey with 2 TBSP of oil.

Rub half of container of spice blend onto turkey.

Bake, deep fry or grill according to package. Watch them Gobble it Up!          

Enough for 2- 15lb. Turkeys

    Being a newlywed, I cooked my first turkey and used this rub. The skin was cripsy and beautifully colored and the flavor was delicious! My homemade gravy had a great flavor from the rub as well. I bought it for a friend who also loved it!
