Boil 8-9 whole med. or 3 lb. potatoes with skin on to firm-tender. Cool before cutting in ice water bath. Chop 3 green onions, 4-5 radishes, 1/3 C red pepper, 1/3 C green pepper, 1/2 C celery, 1/4 C red onion. Add 1 1/2 TBSP of mix with 1C of real mayo & 1 TBSP of vinegar (apple cider or red wine). Mix with veggies and potatoes. Fold in 3-5 chopped hard boiled eggs. Salt to taste. I prefer yukon & or red potatoes. Optional: 1/2 cup crisp bacon. Makes 5 cup salad Makes 5 Salad Recipes
