Mix 2 TBSP with 3/4 cup catsup, 3/4 cup water, 2 TBSP worcestershire sauce, 2 TBSP vinegar. Pour over 2-4lbs beef brisket. Baker covered at 275º for 5 hours. Slice or shred, serve on hard rolls or ciabatta bread.
