Prime Rib Rub
Mix 1 1/2 TBSP with 2 TBSP of Olive Oil.
Spread on fatty side of a 7-10 lb prime rib roast. Let sit out 1 hour, no more.
Bake 20 mins at 500º. Reduce to 325º, roasting another 60-80 mins until internal temp reaches desired doneness.
145º equals medium rare.
Allow roast to rest 10 mins before carving.
Optional: before rub, insert 10 whole garlic cloves deep into roast. Enough for 5 prime ribs.
