Mixed Berry and Peach Cobbler
Mix 1 1/2 teas. with 1/2 C sugar, 1/2 teas. almond extract into 1 C red or black raspberries, 1C sliced strawberries & 2 C fresh or frozen peeled & chopped peaches. Set aside. Mix well 1 1/2 teas. mix with 1/2 C packed brown sugar, 3/4 c milk & 1C bisquik. Melt 1/3 C butter into bottom of a 2qt. casserole dish. Pour in bisquik mixture do not stir. Top evenly with fruit mixture without stirring.
Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes. Crazy good with icecream.
