Mix 2 1/2 TBSP with 2 lbs lean ground beef, 1cup minced onion, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup dried bread crumbs. Mix with hands. Roll into 1" balls & bake at 400º for 10 minutes. Flip & cook 5 more minutes or to desired doneness. Serve with your favorite BBQ or spaghetti sauce.
Makes approx. 75 meatballs per batch.

I used the meatball seasoning in my meatloaf recipe. My new hubby loved it (and he doesn't really like meatloaf)!

I TOOK THESE TO A POTLUCK FAMILY REUNION AND THEY WERE GONE IN A FLASH! EVERYONE LOVED THEM.
