Makes 2 Batches
Buffalo Chicken Dip
Mix 2 TBSP seasoning with 1 50 oz can boned chicken OR 6 cups boned rotisserie chicken
2/3 to 1 cup of your favorite hot sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream OR greek yogurt
1-8 oz block of cream cheese softened
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup green onion minced (optional)
1/2 jalapenos minced (optional)
Stir and spread in shallow casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 375º or warm in a crock pot on low.
Sprinkle with 1/2 C crumbled blue cheese, 2 TBSP green onion minced, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese and jalapeno rings (optional). Serve with celery, or your favorite dipping chip.
