Cook 2 1/2 C elbow noodles & drain.
Over medium heat melt 4 TBSP butter. Whisk in 1/4 C flour, once smooth slowly add 1 1/2 C milk, stirring constantly.
Bring to a boil & stir until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Stir 2 TBSP Spice Blend, 1C shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 C parmesan cheese, 4 oz. cream cheese & 1/2 C sour cream.
Stir in noodles. Bake at 350 in 9x9 greased pan for 30-35 mins.
Makes 4 Casseroles.
