Put 1½ lbs of stew meat in bottom of 9x13 or larger pan.
Add 4 medium potatoes, cubed and 2 chopped medium onions.
Drain can of corn, carrots, peas, lima beans and green beans and spread over top.
Add 1 28oz. can diced tomatoes with juice.
Sprinkle on 2 TBSP mix, 3 TBSP dry tapioca, 3 TBSP brown sugar.
Pour in ¾ C red wine. Place 1 bay leaf on top. Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 275º for 4-5 hours or on low in crock pot 6-8 hours. Stir 2 times while cooking.
